Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

  • Arrive at the 4Play Hoffice/Lodging venue.
  • Settle into your room.
  • Short hike upto Nasogi waterfall.
  • Coffee and conversations at the waterfall.
  • Breakfast at venue, and relax.
  • Intro to rock climbing on artificial bouldering wall.
  • Lunch alongwith Adventure film screening.
  • Rest.
  • Evening tea and snacks.
  • Intro to slacklining.
  • Dinner and interaction with 4Play team, filmmakers and athletes.

Day 2

  • 5K to 10K trail run (depending upon participant’s ability) to Kanyal waterfall.
  • Coffee and conversations at the waterfall.
  • Breakfast
  • Introduction to sport climbing on natural rock.
  • Lunch at the climbing crag.
  • Return to base in the evening.
  • Evening tea and snacks.
  • Interaction/games session.
  • Dinner and movie screening.

Day 3

  • Breakfast.
  • Hike to Lamadugh meadows (10,000 feet/3300mts).
  • Packed lunch.
  • Learn the basics of outdoor cinematography/photography (based on participant’s interest)
  • Bouldering and slacklining in the evening.
  • Tea and snacks.
  • Rest.
  • Dinner, movies and games.

Day 4

  • Breakfast.
  • Introduction to mountain biking (MTB).
  • Ride into forest trail circuit.
  • Lunch (movie screening/interaction).
  • Hike to Vashisht hot springs for a dip.
  • Dinner.

Day 5

  • Breakfast.
  • Depart.
  • Participants can check out other areas of interest/shopping centres before departing.

Required Fitness Level

To be able to enjoy this course to its full potential, it is recommended that participants meet a minimum fitness benchmark. Usually an ability to run 5 Kms under 30 mins, 20 push ups in a set, 10 pull ups in a set or regular participation in intensive sporting activities is a good indicator of a basic fitness level. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure date – 5% deduction
  • Between 30 days to 15 days prior to departure – 50% deduction
  • Less than 15 days of departure – No Cash Refund
