Arrive at the 4Play Hoffice
Settle into your room
Short hike upto Nasogi waterfall. Coffee and conversations at the fall.
B.fast and chill
Intro to rock climbing on indoor wall.
Lunch (adventure movie screening)
Evening tea and snacks
Intro to slacklining
Dinner (interaction with 4Play crew, filmmakers)
Day 2: Friday
10K trail run (depending upon participants) to Kanyal waterfall. Coffee at the waterfall.
Introduction to sport climbing on natural rocks.
Packed lunch at the crag.
Return to hoffice in the evening.
Evening tea & snacks.
Interaction session with MTB athletes, rock climbers and adventure filmmakers.
Dinner (movie screening).
Day 3: Saturday
Hike to Lamadugh meadows (10,000 ft/3000m)
Learn the basics of outdoor photography/cinematography (interest based).
Return to hoffice post lunch.
Bouldering/slacklining in forest area or, calisthenics.
Return by evening tea & snacks.
Day 4: Sunday
Introduction to mountain biking. Ride into manali forest trails.
Lunch (movie screening and interaction with athletes and filmmakers).
Hike to Vashisht hot water springs for a dip.
Day 5: Monday
You can leave the luggage at the hoffice and explore Manali independently until departure.
